The technology of the process Injection:
For a more three-dimensional look we recommend using zinc alloy molded pins. Melted zinc alloy is poured into a mold created from your design. After it cools, the pin is polished smooth and plated. This method allows for very small detail and cut-out lettering. Gold, silver, or nickel plated.
How They Are Made:The material of the process Injection Die Casting is zinc alloy. When the image of the product is engraved on the mold according to the proof, the mold will be put into the machine. After the solid zinc alloy material is melt to liquid with very high temperature, the machine will transfer the liquid material into the mold, and then the product will be shaped and turn back to solid at normal temperature. Because of its special features, it will be good choices for using this process to make products with double sides pictures, inner holes, spinners, sliders, danglers, 2-D pictures and products with other special requirements.
